Davis Chirchir is now the Chief of Staff at the Office of the Deputy President William Ruto.
The tech-savvy former Cabinet Secretary for Energy is credited to have logged into the IEBC servers over 10 times in 2017.
That election was marred by claims of rigging that led to the nullification of the results by the Supreme Court.
According to the Internal Post Evaluation Report, Davis Chirchir who was Jubilee’s Chief Agent made 10 successful logins after 24 attempts.

It is ironic that DP Ruto, during his visit to USA, he asked the US govt to help prevent potential rigging in the forthcoming elections.
Before his appointment to the cabinet in 2013, he was the head of ICT at the IEBC.
Chirchir replaces Ken Osinde who suddenly died last year.
