A man was Tuesday morning found to have chained himself to the gate leading tot Deputy President William Ruto’s office.
The middle aged man who is said to be the son of the late former Minister and Amagoro MP Frederick Oprong claimed that the DP made a fake job promise to him.

It is not clear how the man found time to chain himself in such a highly guarded area. But some guards will surely lose their jobs.
